Do I need different book covers for CreateSpace and Ingram?

I heard that if you want to sell your book to libraries, it's better not to tick the extended distribution box when using CreateSpace and publish your book with both CreateSpace and Ingram. My question is do I need a different book cover for each?

You do not need a different book cover for Ingram and CreateSpace. You can use the same one. However, you will need to slightly modify the file before uploading it to Ingram because your spine width will change slightly and also because Ingram asks you to download a cover template to use with the barcode embedded.
